The Segas family has long tradition of offering a personalised and authentic Greek hospitality service. This is really difficult to find anymore in the world of branding and consistency of international chains. The service here is never perfect or consistent, as our guests are not always in need of the same things. But we all relax and communicate and we make things happen. This is the main reason for our guests to come back and we have now learned to appreciate that as our main strength!!!
Repeat guests feel at home and bring along other friends, expanding the family further. Regulars have their favourite rooms and we always try to accommodate their desires and requests. Our little family-run hotel in Loutraki has no policies, procedures, or regulations! We treat guests as friends and we all relax and enjoy the wonderful place and the privileged way of life we have. Things here are simple and genuine, with a touch of Greek anarchy and plenty of improvisation... People enjoy and they come back, they send us messages, flowers, sweets and all kinds of demonstration of kindness.
